ANASTASIA is a series of Section 82's own original wool blend washable materials. Australian virgin wool, viscose, and polyester are blended together in the spinning stage, and polyurethane is also added using a special method. This milled saxony is a 2-way stretch fabric with a warm, milled finish. The viscose gives it good drape, making it perfect for this year's trendy silhouettes, such as gaucho and wide pants.

For the ANASTASIA series, we take Section 82's own original wool blend materials, blend them with polyester to make them washable, then use a special method to add polyurethane. The yarn is spun and woven into the fabric all in one place, and is all top-dyed to achieve color variations that are rare for worsted yarns.

Polyester has been added to the blend of Australian virgin wool and viscose to make the fabric washable. Tricotine has more visible twill lines than gabardine, a feature similar to tricot (warp knitting). The sharper weave achieved by applying the clear finish creates a classic, men's-like atmosphere. This fabric was developed with sharp, center crease pants in mind.

What is bare ponte?
The DUALWARM series offers two types of ponte: bare ponte and moist ponte. The differences between them lie in the gauge and how the polyurethane is woven into the fabric. For bare ponte, the polyurethane is not twisted around another yarn, but woven into the fabric on its own. This kind of weaving can only be done with special equipment. It maximizes the stretch of polyurethane, resulting in a compact, hard texture.
